Yongsan is a 21st century lifestyle destination utilizing fashion, retail, technology, entertainment and culture to capture a wide spectrum of market segments.

KLINGMANN collaborated with award winning design firm Gensler in New York on a brand strategy to transform four million square feet of retail development into a 21st century lifestyle destination utilizing fashion, retail, technology, entertainment and culture to capture a wide spectrum of market segments. In addition to creating a distinctive brand for the development, the design team worked on the design of a large-scale retail mall that effectively connects physical and digital shopping experiences through hybrid interfaces. The project spans across four different sites and provides stimulating indoor and outdoor spaces of various scales and density.
