KLINGMANN collaborated with The Seventh Art Team in New York on a brand concept for Emaar’s Dubai Creek Habour Island District
Emaar’s Dubai Creek Habour is a new world-class development by Emaar Properties and Dubai Holding, which extends across 550 hectares and is located 15 minutes from Downtown Dubai. The plans include 820.000 sm of mall retail, 66.000 sm of cultural space, and 7.3 million sm of residential space. The Island District is a new creek-side residential district in Dubai Creek Harbor in Dubai and represents the first phase of the future city.
